Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

Did you know any legitimate online paid surveys company?

i have seem some website which said can get paid if complete some surveys every week , but i am not sure if this is real, wondering how can you find out that real or not
I am not live in State and the Ad I saw need me to pay about $30 first before.

I am planning on making a website, how easy is it for it to make money. How Do I Make money?

I want to start a group of moms who sole purpose is to make money from home and not have to change their schedules.

My boss has asked me to create a survey asking our clients how much they are willing to pay. As of now each client pays $9k for our services a year. We are trying to find out what we can change the next contract year. My boss has no marketing background, I am a new marketing graduate; however, I strongly feel that this is not a good topic to survey people on. I think it is dangerous letting clients feel we had an option to lower the price when we know it has to go up.
