Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

High, I am fifteen and just started participating in online surveys. At first, taxes never occured to me, but a few days ago I started to think about it.
My mom is unemployed, and I have a younger brother and sister.
Can someone please tell me if either I or my mom will need to pay taxes?
and will this effect her being unemployed?
I might have to call the IRS, but any information anyone might know would be greatly appreciated.

There is an online paid survey, says to invest some money to become a member and will be given some online paid surveys "weekly", where 1 survey gives 20 $ and i will be given 4 surveys/month if i would invest $220 bucks. So please suggest me whether i should do this or not.
