It depends on too many factors to predict. Many bridal salon owners go bust within months, others last 20 years or more. How good are you at marketing? How do you interact with brides-to-be, mothers of the brides, wedding coordinators, etc? What market segment are you targeting? How much competition in your area, and what are you doing to expand your target territory and beat your competition? What kinds of prices can you negotiate on gowns and accessories? What kind of profit margins can you command? What are your costs: space, staff, goods, etc? How many years experience do you have in the business & what kind of reputation do you have?
It’s all up to you. Beware, however, that 90-95% of new small businesses do not survive 5 years. Most fail their first year.
