   Yes, most of them are. Basically they get your email address and sell it. Rarely do they actually have a stock that is successful. I have found one site that give you good advice rather than telling you to buy. http://stockinvestingchat.com Its a chatroom were you can ask questions and get advice.

   97/100 penny stocks are a giant ripoff.

   They are the wild wild west of the investing world. Serious investors ignore them in general and the endless "make money without risk or serious money" advertising in particular. There are no secrets and no short cuts.

   You should assume all are scams. If you think it looks bad, use "Report Abuse" as spam/phish.

   You should assume that the online loan sites are scams.
   You should assume that the forex sites are scams.
   For our Brit friends, assume that any spread betting sites are scams.
   You should assume that the make-money-by-clicking-from-home sites are scams.
