Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

Behind my office I have a small conditioned warehouse, about 1500 square feet. It’s located in a business district and there are plenty of "Self-Storage" warehouses nearby. Besides storage, what are some other uses of this space which might produce a little income without a large investment.

Do they make good money? If so, what kind of job?

If a director gets piad a budget of 25 million to make a movie and the box office hits about, 10 million and doesnt make enough. Then what happens? How would the directors, producers, production team pay that off? Do they just leave as that and forget about making the rest of the 15 million or what happens then? Cause Eddie Murphy Starred in a movie called the adventures of pluto nash and the budget for that movie was 100 million and the movie made only about 5-6 million. What happens then
