People have no problem paying $10 for a movie ticket and $15 for popcorn and a drink but they think a $25 co-pay is ripping them off. Doctors spend well over $100000 for medical school, make $30000 a year for 3-9 years in residency working their butts off and then work at least 60 hours a week when they become an attending. How?
