I ordered some beads online and they offered 10 different shipping options ranging from $2.95 - $25.00 and additional charge for insurance & tracking.

They had these constant threatening reminders that they are not responsible for uninsured and untracked packages and ask if you are certain you don’t want to spend the extra and even suggested you pay $5 to speed up your order.

OK - does it sound like they are milking every dime with extra charges ? will a business purposely sabotage a package if I don’t purchase tracking or insurance? Why do their "suggestions" for extra tracking & insurance sound so threatening ?

Okay so here’s the deal .. I would REALLY like to buy an iPod touch and i don’t have any money of course because I’m only 14… does anyone know any ways to earn money… excluding babysitting and asking money for work around the house because I don’t "do" babysitting, AND I don’t feel comfortable asking my parents for money because they need it for the rest of my family… (there are four children and 3 grandchildren) please help…
