i only made like 5 grand while i was pregnant, i had my baby in september of 09. i have not been working since may of 09. me and my boyfriend are not together anymore but we still live together. he has been payin all the bills and everything for baby since i have been out of work. am i still able to claim the baby. (it’s really not me it’s my roomate but i just dont want the dad to get screwed out of the deal)
