I only made $108 dollars for last yr so do I need to get a tax form & claim it?

Right now I’m a 14 year old girl trying to think of ways to earn some money.
I was wondering if there is a way to email reviews of products and receive cash in the mail? (I don’t have a credit card and don’t want to have to use one)

(Reviews on everything - Beauty products, books, etc.)
Or an iPhone app I was just looking at about making money, they suggest taking surveys for some extra cash, do you know of any? Also any contests?

Are they legit? I have been through hell looking for another job, and I don’t know whether to consider this survey thing for the time being. Do they actually bring in any money at all?

I’m 5′8", more to love. Salt & pepper hair, brown eyes w/ green flecks. I wear glasses ‘cos I can’t wear contacts (bad eye infection years ago). I’ve been told that I have a good sense of humor, am loyal and can be a tad OCD. I really like history, geography and genealogy. I know that genealogy isn’t a school subject but I like it anyway. ;-) I love doing surveys (well, duh!), polls and other stuff like that.
