Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

Is there a site that i can get paid to take surveys as much as i want?
like mysurvey.com only without having to wait for them to ask me to take one.

To be more specific, i don’t make at least $2,000 a month, but i have good credit. And i have trouble saving money for a good down payment. Can i get a car with 0 down payment and have a co-signer with great credit and makes enough money?

Oh! but i do not have a driver license yet! I have been kinda busy, and does it matter if my co-signer has a driver license or not?
