Their store policy allows anyone to return any item even if it’s used. I know some people must buy products for a special occasion and then return them, similar to clothes. The only difference is, Spehora has to just throw the product away since it’s unsanitary to resell or use as testers.

Also, they must go through SO many testers! And the last time I was there, the sales lady literally used like half a bottle of make up remover on me (an expensive name brand one she was trying to sell me) and half a container of lip brushes. Not to mention the cleaning pads and tissues used on me too.

Anyone know how much profit they could possibly make with all of these factors?

If someone actually had a positive experience I would love to know details about it.
