and is that only so they can bombard you with advertisements?

Same thing about a phone number. I don’t really want to give out my number because I don’t want calls from everyone trying to get me to buy something. So is that why they want my number?

If all the electricity in the world were shut off, could you cope?

My son is having to pay back money to unemployment someone stole from him without his knowledge. This person at one time lived in the same apartment as did my son. Unemployment personal said he had to pay it back until they catch the person who forged the checks…I don’t understand why he would have to refund money he never received. Please does anyone have a reason for this?
