Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I have a friend with a black box, with three LEDs on the side. One of the LED is green. She told me that it was a device that picks up what you are watching on tv or listening to the radio. It records the data such that the tv company has proof that they are displaying their ads. Also, she says that she gets paid for using it (like a survey), around 50bucks every 3 months. What is this device called?

my daughter’s birthday is coming up soon, and i had lost my job months ago. ever since though, i have been searching and applying relentlessly despite my extremely limited means of transportation. i’m having a real difficult time with this, because no one has hired me, but i know i’m not alone. i’m a single parent, and i want her to have some nice things. could someone perhaps give me some tips or ideas on how to make some money [perhaps from home, and no survey sites please] without a job?

There was a video making fun of the cash money boys when they first came out but i can’t remember who made it. It had actors portraying them in the video with fake money and cars and airplanes.

I live in the Greater New Haven area of Ct (the valley) and have fallen on some really hard times (as most people have)… I live at home with my mother, father and younger sister. Both my parents have lost their jobs and I do not make enough to pay much.. My aunt use to live with us. My mother and aunt owned the house.. when my aunt was here she took out a very large loan. A few months ago she moves out of state quick deeding the house to my mother and now we are facing losing our home and being homeless…..
