Because I saw that there were many earmarks associated with Cap and Trade to fund various programs. I was wondering how they received revenue from Cap and Trade?
OKAY maybe I misunderstand this, but I thought it works like this. Government places limits on each company’s energy use, and the efficient companies trade their permits to the lesser ones. Some of that extra cost is transferred to consumer.
SO WHERE IS THE GOVERNMENT REVENUE FROM THAT SCHEME?

I have seen these surveys online but most seem very confusing. I just want some spending cash without giving out alot of personal information. I am looking to do surveys only that i dont have to sign up for each survey that i take. And I Do not want these SCAMS that ask you to buy something and then promise money back. Just a few simple surveys that pay cash not points.

Well I’m under 16 but I want to make money so I can buy a scooter or a computer. But I can’t make pocket money because of financial issues. So is there a way I can make money without it being illegal?

I’m only 13, and I don’t have a job (of course)
I save all my money up in my bank account, because I really hate spending money, it makes me really guilty. I only buy something if I really love it.
Also, when I go shopping, I end up like not buying anything, or only like buying one thing I absolutely LOVE.
I especially hate spending my parents’ money, it makes me feel soooo guilty when I am given money and I’m tired of feeling this way, so is there an easy way to make money for myself?
I can’t babysit, I’m only 13 and I am not allowed to anyway.
I’m selling some old stuff on ebay.
But are they any other ways you can think of?
Thanks
x
