Can anyone tell me that by clicking, many sites are giving money,,,is it true or false????

I think it's false… the worse case scenario is that by opening that site you don't just receive nothing but your computer will have a virus from that site…
So there is no such thing…

Some of them are pretty legit, but it's not as easy as it sounds.
The ones that make you fill out serveys and what not for points are decent. You just have to do a lot of them to get something. I do them from time to time in my spare time for free XBOX Live subscription cards.
If it simple says "Click for Money!!!" It's fake. Never give any of those sites your credit card number or buy anything from them with real money. Some will say "Get this free *insert popular product here* by doing this servey!" then they want you to buy 200 things for 1$-20$. Scams. However; there are legit ones out there, just remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
