Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I’m a first-time home buyer and I don’t have an agent so I need as much help as I can get. I really love this particular house but there have been several offers so I don’t want to hire a realtor because I think that might just give me the edge in this buying competition.

My question is this: How do you make an Earnest Money Deposit? I’ve read that it should be about $1000 or 1% of the purchase price and that it should be a check made payable to a third party or an escrow account. However, I want to know WHERE do you do this depositing process? At a bank in front of an agent? Who should be there when I make the money deposit and contract besides the seller’s realtor and myself? Who should this third party (to make the check payable to)? If the realtor is from Remax, should I make the check payable to the Remax company? Or should I ask the realtor? What if the realtor told me to give the money directly to his/her or the seller?

I have that happened to me before, the seller’s realtor told me to deposit in cash and I didn’t know any better then. I know not all realtors are like that but I’m afraid I might be fooled again.

My husband has single friend who for some reason loves to tell us how much money he makes. Not once, every time we see him he makes sure to bring up his hourly wage, weekly pay, or yearly income. Yes, he makes more than we do but I don't care. My husband and I aren't material people. He is way tighter than we are for having so much money and criticizes things we buy he thinks is foolish. We live a comfortable life although not made of money like he is have no need to stop buying or doing things we enjoy. He frequently goes out to eat with us and ends us shorting us on the tip all the time so we end up putting more money on the table. No big deal but we have to hear all during dinner how much money he makes. The last straw was yesterday when he got into this kich and had to tell us (I kid you not) 8 times during dinner how much he makes, loud enough for people around us to hear, and he is going to get his Masters to make an additional 18,000 a year. We are both so sick of his attitude that my husband is going to tell him to stop coming by. I just don't understand why he is doing this. I know my husband is his only friend and I speculate this is the reason.
We told him the other day money doesn't impress us and that put him in a m ore of a money rage

I've tried a few now, and when I take the survey, either I don't qualify or you have to "register"… are there any sites where you take the survey, FINISH IT, and then get paid?

I have seen websites that have surveys and they say you will receive a prize or money… Always ending up being a scam where they want my s.s. # or a credit card #. Just looking for a legit website, if any….

Would u rather wait for the one ur soul mate or have random boyf's?

I'm interested in going into the field of neurology, and I'm curious how much they make compared to other doctors/other jobs in general.
