Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I have a strong desire to join runescape and play as a mage, but at the same time do not have the money to become a member. This is not detrimental at lower levels, if I am going to be a mage, it denies me the mem only runes needed for mage's high level spells, which in turn means that I will be a high level mage, without high level spells. I do however, have a friend who has offered to, once I get near the high levels, pay my membership fees for me, but there is one issue, the fact she lives many miles away from me, in another state. So, she can't give me the money. My question is if there is any possible way she can pay for me to be a mem being so far away from where I live, and thus not able to get money to me? Also, please don't give answers like "get a part-time job" because I have no method of transportation, either. Also, don't mention having her mail the money to me because I am not allowed to give out my address…and finally, don't say "play another class", I would rather flat out not play then play as a non-mage character.
