I really dont know what i want to major in yet, but ive been thinking about phlebotomy. Im going to a community college then a 4yr. So would i make good money in the future & is this risky dealing with blood?

    Very little money, actually. You don't need a college degree to become a phlebotomist. When I worked at the welfare office years ago, we sent our clients to school for job training. Phlebotomy was one of the trainings. It takes about 6 months, and puts them right to work. Nursing and physical therapy are much more lucrative, and will require the education you plan to get.

    They can make a decent salary, but not huge. In Los Angeles the high average salary is about $32k to $40k. I don't think there is any risk involved, if you follow proper safety rules.
