I worked with a broker last year that was signed up with a surveying company that would pay him between $50-$400 for various random, quick, insurance-related surveys. Does anyone know of any of these survey companies?

Also, is there a website community (like Mystery Shopping Providers Association) with a list of reputable survey sites?

I know as a previous secret shopper that it is extremely difficult to find a company that does not make you pay to be a member. I aware that if you have to pay a fee then it is not worth it. I am very skeptical of many of the sites (as I should be).

Are there companies like Apollo, Fortis, Max etc who use internet to advertise and promote their health/surgery services and generate good money from it.
