Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

ohkay so im 13 so i can't get a job. and my mom is flipping shit cause i go over by $200 on my texts every month and she refuses to get me unlimited. i try not to go over. but i always do. so im tryin to get a cell phone by myself. i gunna go to metro pcs for the unlimited $50 monthly. and the phone i want is $200 so i need lyke $250+ in the next 3 or 4 months. so im trying to save up really quickly so far i have saved up exactly $0! Is there anything i can do online? thats not illegal or sumthing??? any suggestions would be good thanks (:
