Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

expresspaidsurveys.com am asking this cuz they asked me to pay them an amount and they say that they won't re-bill me!!

Well its far fetched that anyone will really give me a constructive advice but I have come across numerous sites such as cashcrate or prizerebel and i'm wondering how people make these sites. I'm intrested in making money online and obviously things like google adsense can rake in some major extra cash for people. Anyways I know making survey site would be hard but does anyone have some ideas where to start? Any helpful advice is much appreciated.

Do you get junk mail in the mail from the Pay-per-survey sites or just the check. In other words, is sending the check to the address the ONLY thing they send to your address?
