i just wanted to know have anyone besides myself ever did surveys for opinion outpost it's an on-line paid surveys but my question is i am having a hard time cashing the check at a currency exchange i don't have a bank or account do anyone have any answers plus i contact the place that sent me the check and they were like if you have any problems cashing the check get the teller there information including there name place of business and phone number and they would be happy to fix the situation.

This interview it strictly optional, it is to collect data to determine a hypotheses in a formal study of the long-term effects of trauma victims and their traits and habits.

1. How old are you? Male or Female?

2. Have you ever experienced a traumatic event?

3. How were you involved in this event?

4. How long ago did this event occur?

5. Do you often have nightmares? If so, is it towards morning or two or so hours after you are asleep.

6. Have you noticed any changes in your habits or traits sense the event?

7.How strong would you say you are mentally?

8. Have you developed anxiety, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Depression, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) or feelings of being out of control of every day events?

9. Has your relationship with friends or family changed? If so, how?

10. On average, how much sleep do you get?
