Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I joined every survey company I could find but most of them require up front payment and promised success overnight. If that is true why don't they offer a salary deduction scheme if they are true and serious about it? or if they really wanna help other people and prove that their formulas work? Anyway, is there, if any, absolutely free survey companies, or related online job offers that exist today open for

i was wondering if anyone knew of legit sites, and no other strings attached, that pay you for taking online surveys by depositing into paypal account or giving cash back? i have used e-rewards, but you can only redeem points for gifts, not cash back.
