Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

Best free to join get paid to take survey websites?
*Hence* why I want one I'm not forwarding any money to with the premise of getting money back. I may be young, but I'm not entirely stupid and I know that legitimate companies are interested in knowing what their employees and customers think about them, so they hire psychologisyts and information analysts to find out the specific information they desire.

I don't have a desire to get rich using this, my desire is to make maybe an extra $100 or so a month, which to me seems relatively reasonable goal.

I want to make sure the company that pays for it is legitimate. Also, maybe somebody would know where I can get paid for surveys over the phone.

P.S. Does anyone know overall ways to make some extra cash online, because I am extremely broke and am pretty desperate for anything small.

I've heard there are legitimate compaines out there that really do pay you to fill out surveys, but how can I find a reliable service to do this through without getting scammed? I'm not looking to make loads..just a little extra money to help out with these economic times. Any info is appreciapted. Best answer will get 10 points!
