I have just quite a little money, it seems it can't be invested to anything… What should I do to ask money to run into my embrace? Is it the last way left to me that I start a exploration for treasure hunt?

I love cars and i want to be a mechanic but i relize that the dont make alot of money…i want a job where i can work in the garage with cars and make atleast 65k a year.(are there any engineers that works in the garage and works on cars) also what should i major in college. Thanks for your help!
