I am not saying some "investors don't" I mean if you think about it many people like Buffet who invest in businesses because they are good businesses and because of that they are GOING To have to make money in the end if they are truly good businesses. Just like Wal-Mart has never gone down for any lengthy period EVEN now, why? They have a wicked businesses model of taking over the market-they have since day one; hence they are a good business "for the stockholders not their competition". Now I know there are people out there that saying that well some people can just make quick in and out trades to make a QUICK BUCK here and there; they cut their losses short and they know how to limit risk etc. etc. Is this true? Are their actually people who can trade for a living? For some reason it sounds like crap to me because I have never met any rich traders only investors. Can someone explain?

im from the philippines and currently feeling the pressures of the world economic crisis. my business has really slumped hard and was thinking of going back to the workforce. but it seems that finding a job nowadays is equally hard. i've come across a site that pays you for just answering surveys…its very much convincing considering the money you're supposed to earn by doing so.. but you've got pay $67 for the software. that's 3000+pesos here in the phils. Just wanna make sure because its a lot of money for me right now. thanks! a comment woul dbe very much appreciated

but not just any survey site, one that you don't have to pay for that surveys you take, and possibly pay in a way a 14 year old could receive the money?

I have a full-time job, but am considering starting a lawn service this summer to make ends meet. At what point financially do I need to start filing income taxes on my lawn business? Or would it be any, and all income from the business? Any info would be helpful. Unless it's links to the IRS site. Been there. Thanks a lot.
Just a little clarification. I am not trying to get out of paying taxes, but thought that the IRS allows very small portions to go untaxed. For example, if the neighbor pays me $10 to fix a leaky faucet, I seriously doubt the IRS wants to know about that. There's got to be a max that the IRS allows. I just want to keep my lawn business below that line. For $800/month extra income, I don't want to get into charges sales taxes, obtaining EIN's etc…..

I just became an AVON representative yesterday! Im so excited but I don't know what to do 1st? I'm not looking to get filthy rich but I have a 3 and a half month old so I'm looking to make some extra money to help put food on the table, pampers on the tooshy and formula in the bottle ! lol . I started telling my friends on AOL Messenger about it yesterday but a lot of them never got back to me , should I keep asking them or would that be annoying?
I have a myspace, I know I can advertise on there… but how? I always knew I had it in me to be a business woman, but I guess I just don't know where to start . What are some great ways to get my "business" out there?
Thanks ahead !
