Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

So im trying to get my real estate license. I know what most people are going to say..Its a bad time to try to get into real estate. However, I'm trying to do loan mods rather than try to be a selling agent. Anyway, does anyone have real experience that can give me advice..any advice. Since I have no experience but a passion for real estate..Anything helps..Oh and how much have you made..in any aspect of real estate. please be specific. thx

because it's for a school project - i'm making teddy bears to donate somewhere so it would help if you suggested some places where i can get not-so-expensive material. i wanted to go to op shops (thrift shops) and cut up some clothes there but i dunno…any help appreciated
