Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I went to expresspaidsurvey.com and they charge like 40 bucks to get started then they promise all this money for filling out surveys. Is this total bull or can it be legit? thanks

So, let's say I did 4 hours of surveys per day. Around 20-30 paid surveys per day.

Also, can you recommend any good survey sites please.

Is there any good survey sites where you can pay subscription and receive higher rewarding paid surveys? This is the question I'd like answered most.
