Now I know the market it rough right now and being a RE agent isn't the greatest way to make a living but I have always dreamed about becoming a broker and opening my own firm since I was a little kid. I am in the union and work m-f from 7am-330pm. Is it a good idea to get my license and start P/T and once it picks up (if it does) leave my union job and make it my primary career? Am I misguided in thinking that is possible?
