   I agree with bolt thrower.

   Not really a kid, but more like a bully. A bully is known for making everybody else do what he wants to do. A bully doesn't help out the weak. A bully likes to make up the rules and demands everyone else follows those rules. A classic example is our refusal to use the metric system.
