I don't want to use my Vredit or Debit vard. Also, I see alot of websites where they say I can make money quick without paying it back. But I don't know if they will work. I dont want to enter In my Credit Card in for anything, not even to get the money I would like them to mail it to me so can you please please help me?

I can't put in my social security number because I am under 18 and do not do taxes. I hope that you can help me, my website it close to closing down. I need something that pays via PayPal, and PPC (Pay Per Click). (Google AdSense requires a social security number.)
