Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I need some money to buy a XBOX 360 Elite and a TV for my room and i live in a really small town and all jobs are taken. Please help : )

I'm thinking about trying to get a little extra spending money by doing paid surveys online. I know to set up a email address for it, so that the stuff from these sites doesn't clutter my main email address or get lost in my spam folder.
My question is: will survey sites also send me physical junk mail? I'm cool with wading through emails, but I'm not so sure about these places having my home address…

Take I-tunes gift cards and safeway for example. You buy the card for $15 at Safeway and you get $15 credit on I-tunes. Aren't there shipping and manufacturing costs. How much does Safeway pay for the cards? How much does I-tunes pay?

I hate survey sites that lead you to other surveys then you do the survey and your not qualified after you've already done it. Is there anything I can do to get money this month? Even a little would help buy dog food or something. I am really hard up right now and with my daughter's biirthday coming up I want to do something nice for her. I am not working right now so I have a lot of my day that I can devote to this. Thanks so much.
