I don’t want to work all these hours outside of my house, I would like to start a home business using my computer…but every time I get into it…it always says I have to pay…now I’m working I want to get paid not to pay someone else to work! Please help me!!

I’m 15. I (think) im quite good at designing websites. I can write XHTML a bit of css and a bit of javascript and I can make basic flash things . I was thinking I could design websites for small businesses (that would not be interactive) and I could advertise on ebay and I would charge about 60 pounds per website. would this be a good idea and how would I get started
