I have a PDR assignment (health class) and I am not coming up with many answers. I need to put the top five reasons why I think education is so important, can anyone think of any reasons?

Let me start buy saying I’m not just some random person who’s going to do taxes with nothing more than the guidance given from turbo tax. I have an AS in Accounting. I’m currently working towards a BS in Accounting, While I haven’t completed the degree I have completed all of the tax classes for the degree. I did several returns last year for friends and family. And I am currently enrolled in H&R Block’s tax class.

I know what I’m doing. If I were to come up against a return that I wasn’t sure what to do with I have multiple text books and professor to turn to. Worst comes to worst I would just give back the return.

So back to my question. I’m not sure how I should charge. I could mimick Block’s pay scale, but I think most people would agree that I would be over charging. If I were to try to decide this on my own I think I would undercharge. Can anyone offer some guidance?
Please try not to leave vague answers. Legal implications? Possibly, you'd need to be a tad more specific, I now have more questions than when I started.
