because all their services are free-provided online. Therefore what is the incentives that motivate the administrator or people who in charge of this service to keep running this service? Please give some advices……

Every country needs a good politician.but unfortunately these people
are becoming illegal and swapping the country’s properity and degnity
and what all think is just that they can’t change them but why dont these people think that they are only electing them why dont think clearly about their future?
Not only so even people who say greatly about their dedications also wont try to help the people
Will the money change people so much?
