i just totaled my vehicle. I can’t get or job anywhere. Are there REAL ways of making money on-line, without giving away my credit card information??

I am a Disable woman. I was told by my Doctor that I should be in a motorised chair. He filled out all the papers I needed to turn in to my insurence. Then when it came down to the last paper he is now telling me I have to give him 100.00 to do it. I called my insurence and they told me he can’t do that. I need to know what can I do about this Doctor?
