Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I need to make $1000 dollars as soon as I possibly can. I am looking to buy an insulin pump and with insurance, this is what it costs.
What are some online suvey sites that actually pay money? IS there one that adds up quickly as far as money goes?

I dont want junk mail or anything and if i use my real address will that happen from the surveys?

i am 13 years old and i need to make moneyto pay back people. i cant get a job so i need ways that i could make money fast !! thanks for your help

I was on a few websites and they said just do surveys but first do like 5 tasks which all involved buying expensive things..So is there really any websites anyone knows where I can still get paid for just doing surveys without having to buy special offers?

I’m 12 years old going to be 13 on the 28th of August and i know a survey website that you have to be 13 and i dont want to wait until after that so does any one know a website that pays you for doing surveys and you can be 12
