Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

When people refer to the Beatles as the obvious best band of all time. No, no, no I don't hate the Beatles! I just hate the 'fans' sometimes, because they always try to put down other music by referencing them.

Example:
"It's completely obvious that the Beatles blow this band out of the water!"

Yeah dude, why would that be 'completely obvious'? This is a freaking alternative rock band and I last time I checked they were NOT competing for a Grammy against 40 year old bands.

Example:
"OMG if the Beatles were around today, John Lennon would totally kick the lead singer's under-talented, dimply rear end."

OK first of all, the last thing Lennon would do is kick some poor guy in his in-need-of-proactive-booty. Plus your opinion is completely off topic.

I’m a college student and i’m having a hard time finding a job that will work around my classes. the only jobs i can get at my university are cleaning or cooking, i’ve done both and i can’t imagine having to work the whole school year in order to barely make enough for my rent and food. i’ve seen a lot of ads about getting paid to take surveys from home. has anyone actually made money doing this? or do they take the initial $60 and you never hear from them again?

If you only get paid a few cents per item, but you only get less than 10 per week, how can you ever make any substantial amount of money? In other words, say you join a site which pays 1 cent per click, but you only get 10 offers in your inbox per week, that would only be 10 cents per week…how can that be worth anyone’s time?
