Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

Hello,
I want to make a Tetris clone (with own additional features) that will be played online and I plan to earn money with this game by either selling it or by putting ads.

Do I have the right to do that? If not, who is responsible for the tetris licence to ask him? I only know that the Russian Alexey J. invented the game but never made serious money out of it.

I dont wont to name it "Tetris" rather "TetrisMyVersion" etc.

What happens if I post it online and someone responsible for it discovers it?
