You shouldn't have to pay for a membership to an online survey just to get paid, ever. So I wonder if anyone's actually taken an online survey and been paid; with no strings attached?
And how do you get paid? Do I have to give these companies my adress, or can I use paypal???

Also how does one get paid from the surveys, also how do we pay taxes on the money we receive from the surveys?
I have a friend in Amsterdamn who say the price there is $9 plus and he thinks it's funny that we are upset at $4. But I did notice that everyone there rides bikes, ha,ha! I drive my car much, much less. We also have not taken the waverunners out yet…I hate that!
