Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

Has anyone heard of this website ultra12.com? Is this site real or just a scam? They want membership fee of $69 bucks, I need to know if they are real. Anyone heard of this????

I would like to check out a couple of sites that I have found. Like utalkback.com and erewards.com. These sites work by invitation only!! So, can someone please tell me how to get one??!!

My take home pay after taxes each month is $1912 and after paying all my bills and etc my left over is like $420 on average. I can push to have around $724 leftover if I stop buying useless merchandise like video games that I play for 1 week and never play again.

I'm asking because I want to purchase a new car soon since I've been driving a accident happening vehicle for a long time. So, how much % of income I should save up per month?
If I manage to save around $700 a month would it be ok to get monthly payments of $500 a month on a nice car?

I've been looking through those online jobs where you do it at home and make lots of money. I dont know if I should trust any of them. I am not looking to get rich I'm just having a difficult time finding fulltime work. I work parttime but I will only be working for 3 months before I go back to college. I think an online job would be ideal because I can keep it while in school. Has anyone had luck with any programs because paying for tuition by myself is extremely difficult! please help me!
