pamhughes@surveys.com, just got a survey from this person, and they tell me my time is only worth 20pence uk money, they only pay points, now to answer a survey from here you get 200 points, and a jamie oliver shaker to redeem is 3,580 points, real cash 10.00 uk pounds, the question is where is the justice in working for nothing, the survey teams get paid proper money so why doesn't the answerers

I was looking into buying rental property. I found a foreclosure for 80K = 475.00 monthly housenote, but then add another $2300.00 yearly taxes and insurance which puts note around 750.00 month max. The houses rent for around 900. to 1,000 in the area so thats only 200. a month profit.

How do ppl make money renting??? Whats the secret? Getting a better deal on sales price?
