Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I am looking for some work on the Internet. Recently I came across many websites which offer membership for paid surveys. Does anybody know if any of these sites are legit and if they really pay any money.

I create houses that are normally 300,000 to 700,00 simoleons. To move in a family what I normally do is use a cheap lot and put my family in it with a computer. Then I make a bunch of other sims and move them in with my family. Once there is to many sims living in the lot i move out the extra ones. out. I'll keep doing that until there's enough money to move my family into the house that I made for them. This works but takes like a few hours. Are there any faster ways to give sims money BEFORE you move them into a lot for the first time?

I've been searching the web for surveys that will pay you, the ones that are safe require you to be an adult though. Im only 16. Don't think I'm lazy or greedy, I wanna safe money for college. And I don't work on Sundays or Mondays so i figured surveys could give me money. I would think clothes or electornic companies would want a teen opinion. Does anyone know of safe, straightforward surveys that teens take and get paid for it? Thanx.
