Any income is taxable pretty much. if you made money on something, you pay tax on it.

Yep, unfortunately in most countries most income is taxable.
So, if you are earning a significant income from blogging it would be wise to declare it to the tax authorities.
If you have other income sources it would normally be considered an additional income & would therefore be added to your normal income to make the whole lot taxable in your hands.
