   I'm guessing that sales reps at the higher rated stations do, and of course, it depends on how good you are at sales. FYI, most of these jobs are commission only and don't require a degree. the key is to either inherit or develop a loyal client base, and expand from there. it's all about the networking and treating your clients well. keep their best interests in mind and go the extra mile.

   I've been on both sides…an advertiser and a sales rep, and the reps can make decent money. Like the last person said, it really depends on how good of a sales rep you are, because while most jobs will have a base salary, you really make your money in commissions. It also depends on the market you're in, but a good sales rep can do well in any market.
