Depends on where you live. A lot of farms will let younger kids shuck stalls and work with horses for some easy money.
There is raking lawns and shoveling snow.
You could also talk to local construction guys. If you know any that would be better so they don't have to worry about labor laws but a lot of sites need clean up when the job is done.
Paper Route
If you know someone that has a business you could see if they need any kind of help.
If you know someone that delievers newspapers or mail sometimes they will pay to have someone help with sorting and such.
You could also just make a list of chores that she could do for money. Things that are above and beyond cleaning her room. Laundry, vacuuming and moping, wash and clean the cars, etc.

Tutor younger children or help pack bags at the Grocery Store.

She can start her own home business making something, tutor or coach younger kids if she has a talent she'd like to share, volunteer and hopefully get connections to possible side jobs, check if her school offers jobs to 12 year olds on the campus (mine did), help the elderly with simple tasks…

She could do extra chores around the house for some money, mow yards, pet sit, walk dogs, clean homes for the elderly….

She can tutor, clean for any elderly people in the neighborhood, wash cars, mow lawns, rake leaves, shovel snow, take out garbage.
She could babysit if she wanted to by leaving fliers at the library and any local coffee shops or stores (if she was really interested in that) When I was that age, I made all my money by babysitting.
