Way to Survey-Way to make money at home, paid surveys

I have alot of people living in my house and I want to refer them all to AC Neilson(YourVoice) so I can earn rewards. But everytime I try, they say that I am breaching their terms and conditions by having multiple accounts or logging onto someone elses account. Is this because we only have one computer. Would they be picking up our IP address and seeing that its the same?
Please help or post some links of free programs for changing my IP. My internet connection is through a wireless router, just normal broadband in australia.
I've tried contacting AC Neilson but they don't care nore beleive me.
